Ministry Areas:
Mentoring Ministry Our desire is to develop a mentoring ministry that will enrich the lives of women. A mentor is someone who invests herself in the life of another woman offering encouragement, spiritual development and friendship. This ministry provides an avenue for women to build closer relationships with each other by strengthening their relationship with Jesus Christ. The Women’s Ministry team will foster this mentoring relationship through training, spiritual guidance and encouragement. You must be able to attend both events in order to be matched in a mentoring relationship. This is a very important part of getting your mentoring relationship started on the right foot. However, there is no committment by coming to the first meeting to discover more about this ministry.
Bible Study and Personal Growth
We desire to offer various studies a variety of studies that will meet the individual needs of women and to strengthen their relationship with Jesus Christ and her relationships with others. Bible studies will be offered during Sunday Night Equipping Seminars and during the week when possible.
Spring ( January- May, 2008) –
Beth Moore's newest study is Stepping Up: A Journey Through the Psalms of Ascent. Through an in-depth look at 15 Psalms, participants in this study can pray, reflect, and write a personal rendition of these ancient choruses.
Themes such as unity, joy and gratitude, redemption, repentance, the power of blessings, facing ridicule, and more are explored in detail. Modern-day believers can learn much from these treasured Psalms in their journey toward greater intimacy with God.
