From Sunday to Sunday, Wednesday to Wednesday, and every day in between, the Hermitage Hills Media Ministry is helping the church connect with the local cities, regions, nations, and all over the world. From CDs and DVDs, books and written resources, to the online sermon archives, the purpose of the Media Ministry is to provide another avenue for the church to connect to the lost, minister to it's members, and to breathe a breath of fresh air to those just looking for a place to rest.
The Media Ministry is always looking for volunteers to help fill positions for services on all 3 campuses. Each Sunday, it takes a minimum of 13 people who volunteer their time and talents to help enhance the Worship and Teaching Ministries of Hermitage Hills.
Here are just a few ways you can get involved:
The most prominent way to serve in the Media Ministry is to become a Worship Production Volunteer. The Worship Production Volunteer is someone who desires to serve the Lord and His Church through the supporting ministries of lighting, camera operation, audio engineering, and computer operations. Each Sunday, Worship Production Volunteers come together at 3 different campuses with the sole intention of glorifying God, but doing so behind-the-scenes. It is most often overlooked by the general congregation, but is one of the most important aspects of today's worship and teaching ministries. And the most surprising part of being a Worship Production Volunteer is the face that no specialized knowledge is needed. All the tools and training you need are provided for you.
Another way to serve in the Media Ministry is to become a Resource Center Volunteer. The Resouce Center Volunteer is someone who desires to serve the Lord and His Church by connecting with people who would like to order copies of the services, books, CDs, and other featured items in the Resouce Center. The only requirements are to have a heart for God, a passion for people, and a love for serving the church.
