1. FAITH SPARKS COORDINATOR: It’s the next step in reaching our community for Jesus Christ. We will be dividing our church community into
geographical grids. We are searching for couples, singles, senior adults, and families to help us make first contact
with visitors to HHBC who live in their geographical grid. The coordinator will help with recruitment and training our

2. CHURCH TOUR GUIDES: Every month, guests and new members struggle to find their way through our
church campus; so, we want to develop a team of people who can help. Join this team and become a monthly guide

3. LIFE RESOURCE CENTER: Every Sunday, someone is looking for the latest sermon series, the newest book
the pastor has recommended or a music CD to listen to. Join our team and meet a need each and every week. If you

4. SCHOLARSHIP COORDINATOR: Join the L.I.F.E. Missions ministry as the Scholarship Coordinator.
Responsibilities consist of coordinating scholarship campaign and publicity. Guidelines are in place. We are looking

5. SPECIAL EVENT DESIGNER (S): We are looking for one or two people who have a love for children and a
passion for creativity. Join the Children’s Leadership Team and assist us in taking our Children’s Ministry to a new

6. WORSHIP PRODUCTION VOLUNTEERS: Become a part of a team that seeks to enhance the worship
experience of everyone who walks in our doors each Sunday. Experience and understanding are not necesary

7. PEOPLE MOVERS: We are looking for some additional bus drivers to help us move people from their cars at
Hobby Lobby to the entrance of the church. It helps if you have a CDL license, but is not necessary. You can have

8.DIVISIONAL OUTREACH COORDINATORS: Every single week, God continues to bring guests into our
church home. Help us contact our guests, make them feel welcome and invite to a Bible Study Class and church.
Our entire staff is praying that God will draw some men and women who have a passion for evangelism, then
secondly guests. This Great 8 is focusing upon the Children’s Ministry. If you are open to God using you in this
