In Mark 16:15, Jesus instructed us to preach the gospel to all creation including the child and adult with Special Education needs.
There are over 54 million Americans with disabilities in the United States. Twenty percent of our population which does not include their family members (parents, siblings, grandparents) are unable to attend church because there is no place for their child or adult with Special Education needs. Hermitage Hills Baptist Church has a desire to reach everyone for Christ.
Hermitage Hills Baptist Church has three Special Education Bible Study groups meeting each Sunday morning from 11:00am - 12:00 noon.
• One for children (Room A204),
• One for teens (Room A206), and
• One for adults (Room WC115)
Our Goal is to adapt for individual needs and present Jesus at the closest level possible of their understanding in a Bible Study group designed intentionally for them.
Are you in need of or know someone in need of this ministry? If so, contact the church office at 883-5034. Hermitage Hills Baptist Church is located at 3475 Lebanon Road, near Old Hickory Blvd, at the corner of Juarez and Lebanon Rd.
We pray that Hermitage Hills Baptist Church will be a place where every child or adult can learn about Jesus in a safe, loving environment and be accepted by his spiritual family. While most of our individuals are able to participate in our worship service, ETC (Extended Teaching Care) will be provided if needed in our 9:30am worship service hour.
Ours is a God who can do “exceedingly, abundantly above all that we can ask or think!”
